Pronto All-in-One Refund & Theme Reversion

It is possible to revert from Pronto All-in-One to the theme that you upgraded from. You can do that through a refund or a subscription cancellation.

1. Refund

According to our Refund Policy, you can request a refund 48 hours after the purchase of Pronto All-in-One, which will also get your original theme back.

To do that, access "My Account" and submit a ticket requesting a refund and theme reversion.

2. Subscription cancellation

To cancel your subscription contact Flothemes Support, so we can provide you with access to your previous theme. Consult this article to find out more about the cancellation process.
