Pronto All-in-One Refund & Theme Reversion

It is possible to revert from Pronto All-in-One to the theme that you upgraded from. You can do that through a refund.

According to our Refund Policy, you can request a refund 48 hours after the purchase of Pronto All-in-One, which will also get your original theme back. 

To do that, access "My Account" and submit a ticket requesting a refund and theme reversion.

Note: If you've used a discount upon purchasing Pronto All-in-One, then you are not eligible for a refund, nor can you switch to your previous license.
