Submitting your site to Google

Submitting a sitemap means telling Google where to find it on your site, so it can crawl and index your pages.

Before submitting your sitemap to Google make sure you have a Search Console account and you have a sitemap on your site.
To submit a new sitemap for crawling follow these steps:
  1. Log in to your Search Console account
  2. Go to Index - Sitemaps
  3. Include your Sitemap URL and click on Submit
